Deleting Your Account

If you have registered on the MyToolboxGenomics mobile application and would like to delete your account, please follow the instructions below:

1. 1.) Login to the MyToolboxGenomics mobile application using your email address and password
2. 2.) Select “Genetic Results” from the main menu
3. 3.) Open the Menu button by clicking the three horizontal bars in the top left hand corner
4. 4.) Select “Delete Account” from the options available

You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete your account by re-entering your password and pressing the “Delete” button. Please note your account will remove all of your personal information from our databases and this process cannot be undone.

Active Subscriptions and Pending Reports

Once you have requested to deleted your account through the MyToolboxGenomics mobile application while having an active subscription or a pending report, our customer support will email you to ask for your confirmation if we should proceed with the deletion.

If you confirm to delete your account, we will be canceling all of the active subscriptions associated to your account.
